Central Florida Staffing provides payroll services as required on a weekly basis as specified by you the client for your temps, contractors or temp to hire candidates you have sourced.  Services are available when needed.  There is no minimum usage required and there is no long term or exclusive contract.  There are no maximum funding limits placed on companies although the credit of the company is a factor in providing payroll funding.  Credit analysis and a signed formal agreement are required to utilize this service.

1. You found a great candidate on your own, not from an agency, but your company is only allowing you to hire people on as a temporary, contractor or temp to hire.

2. You want to hire a new employee but are not sure if it is the right fit and would like to test the water (try before you buy!).
